Baltic Berry Gardens implementing the approach of LEADER program, which is supported by European agricultural fund for rural development and Latvian Rural Development program 2014-2020, has successfully realised the project “Establishment of berry processing line" Nr. 21-04-AL32-A019.2102-000003. This program co-financed establishment of fruit packaging line at Baltic Berry Gardens for products in Retail and HoReCa packaging (0,5-2,0 kg) and purchased metal detector ensures improving of food safety management system. This will allow Baltic Berry Gardens to address new customer segments and thus diversify our sales channels. Such technical capabilities will open opportunities for cooperation with local farmers, who seek retail distribution for their IQF frozen berries.
